I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, so please choose carefully.
I endeavour to photograph all of my pieces accurately in natural light. If, however, you feel the item is not as presented in my listing, please contact me straight away and we can work out a plan together.
As each piece is hand made, there will be slight imperfections in the
form and the glaze. This is part of the unique quality of the object and
adds to its personality.
I always package items very carefully but if your purchase arrives broken,
please photograph the damage and the box and contact me straight
away. I will either replace the item or refund the purchase price.
