These oil burner babes are hand made in white stoneware. They come in 2 separate pieces: head (measuring approx 50mm high and 85mm in diameter) and body (measuring approx 85mm high and 85mm in base diameter). Their heads, hand painted, are white gloss glazed on the inside only and bodies are hand decorated with underglaze on the outside and a satin white glaze at the top.

Fill the head with some water (at least half full) and add a few drops of essential oil (3-5 drops, depending on the size of the room or scent intensity preference). Light the tea light candle in the base of the body. The heat from the tea light will warm the aromatic water and release the scent. Avoid letting the scented water run dry but if this does happen, wait for her to cool down before adding more water or before handling. Never place them near flammable materials or leave them unattended or in reach of children or pets.
As all of my ceramic pieces are hand made, there may be slight imperfections in the forms and in the glazes. This adds to the character of the piece and makes it unique. While the faces on my burner babes look similar, they are hand painted each time and vary from piece to piece.
