Brighten up your life with this birdy juglet. It is approx 80mm tall, 50mm wide at the top and hand made in speckled stoneware. It's hand painted with underglaze and spot clear gloss glazed on the outside. The inside is white gloss glazed.
These juglets are wheel thrown. Three coats of underglaze are applied so that the colours are solid and intense and the spot glaze is painted on as if it were an added colour. Much time is spent on the decoration and finishing of all my pieces and especially these birdy juglets. It's functionality only adds to its value as an original ceramic object.

Care: stoneware is very strong and hard wearing and can be washed in a dishwasher but for safety, hand washing is recommended.
As all of my ceramic pieces are hand made, there may be slight imperfections in the forms and in the glazes. This adds to the character of the piece and makes it unique.
